We describe the items to the best of our ability, and everything is sold 'in used condition' unless otherwise specified. There are NO refunds, returns or exchanges.

Masks required for entry to pick up your items.

After your purchase, we will call you to arrange pick-up or delivery.

If you require a mover, call before your purchase to get the moving fee (see list of movers below)

Bring boxes and wrap to transport delicate items.

If picking up heavy items, please bring enough muscle. There is no one at the house to help you.

Items not picked up by the end of the sale will be forfeited with no refund.
