This great old house has so many collectibles, antiques, vintage and the unusual, that you just can't find anywhere else!  Please bring your own box to take home breakables!

1. GST/HST of 13% will be added to your purchase upon check-out.

2. After your online purchase, we will call you to arrange pick-up or arrange delivery of your items.

3. Delivery fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Please bring a box and wrap to take delicate items home safely.

5. Any damage or imperfections are described to the best of our ability.

6. If picking up large or heavy items yourself, YOU MUST BRING HELP. There is no one at the home to help you.

7. Everything is sold 'as is'. All sales are final. There are NO refunds, returns, or exchanges.
