We will have small items for sale in the house that were not posted online. Cash only. Drop by Thursday, Oct. 14th. and Friday Oct. 15th. from 9am to 3pm. Wait times may be long due to COVID restrictions. Contact us for the address.

2. After your online purchase, we will call you to arrange pick-up or delivery of your items.

3. Delivery fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Please bring a box and wrap to take delicate items home!

5. Any damage or imperfections are described to the best of our ability.

6. If picking up large or heavy items yourself, YOU MUST BRING HELP. There is no one at the home to help you.

7. Everything is sold 'as is'. All sales are final. There are NO refunds, returns, or exchanges.
